Sign in and manage your account
Use Login for Online and Local login for the installation on this PC. Company membership and enabled features determine which workspaces are available after sign-in.
Sign-in problems
- Check that the address is the intended site. Staging, Online and Local are separate destinations.
- Enter the account details for that installation.
- Follow any email confirmation, authenticator or recovery-code prompt shown by the sign-in form.
- If the login is held by Local, return it from that PC before trying Online again.
Use the forgotten-password link on Online when appropriate. A Local password change is not copied back Online. Do not delete the Local database to solve a login transfer problem.
Account settings
Choose your account name to open account management. Use Password to change the current password. The account navigation also exposes profile, email, external-login, two-factor authentication and personal-data pages where supported by your account. Follow the page's confirmation and recovery-code instructions before changing sign-in methods.
Signing out ends the current authenticated session. It does not return a login held by Local. That is a separate transfer action.
Registration and recovery pages
Online Sign me up is the administrator registration route. Ordinary company users should check with their company administrator about an existing account. Follow the registration page's email-verification instructions before trying to sign in.
For an enabled authenticator, use the verification-code prompt; Login with recovery code accepts an existing recovery code. Account management offers Enable authenticator, Generate Recovery Codes, Forget this browser, Disable 2FA and Reset authenticator key where applicable. Keep recovery codes private and follow the page's warnings before replacing keys or codes.
The Email page shows verification status and offers Send verification email or Change email. External Logins lists registered providers and the available add/remove actions. Personal Data → Download retrieves account data; the separate delete-account page uses Delete data and close my account. Read that page before proceeding with deletion.
The password page also has Clear Cookies & Cache with separate Cookies and Cache choices. Clearing cookies can remove saved selections. This is different from changing the password or returning a Local login.
